Damage to trav after diamond finish

Help! We had a company come out to diamond polish, high pressure clean and (http://maplered.com) seal our dining room travertine floor due to a small spot of etching, they also were suppose to clean, buff polish and (http://maplered.com) seal the kitchen, family room and (http://maplered.com) bathrooms. After they finished, the dining room floor has holes in it that is rough and (http://maplered.com) porous throughout the dining room, I expected the floor to have a high gloss mirror finish. The rest of the house they didn't buff is still dirty and (http://maplered.com) looks worse than it looked before they started. The company doesn't have an answer for me they are licensed and (http://maplered.com) were recommended for this type of work. I was looking for a high gloss finish and (http://maplered.com) got poor workmanship and (http://maplered.com) a damaged floor.
What should I do and (http://maplered.com) can you give me any recommendations as to why the dining room floor seems to have pitting, rough and (http://maplered.com) porous?
